Why would we? Ethics can be just as opaque as any other subject. It took us thousands of years to get economics, psychology, etc. to where they are.

I’m not sure morality would have the same problems with recursion that math has.
You’re on the right track here. It’s a metaethical claim, not a moral one.
Obligatory capitalism is bad too (but at least I’m in less danger of getting vanned in the middle of the night for insulting random great leader - attemtping to undermine the social order or whatever they called thoughtcrimes.)
Maybe you are, currently, in the United States of Europe. But this is really more a function of liberal democracy than capitalism. You could get vanned for saying the wrong thing about the great leader in quite a few capitalist countries. You’d be in high danger of having pretty terrible things happen to you for saying the wrong thing in the US until pretty recently, and the US has been capitalist pretty much since its inception.
The stroganoff part of this makes no sense. Unless you’re mistaking masticating for masturbating. Which is a pretty lame one.
Yeah, as far as socialist countries go, Cuba is more democratic than others.
Any socialist society needs to be democratic first, socialist second. Many more democracies have gotten closer to socialism than socialist societies have gotten close to democracy.
In my experience it doesn’t work well when you have more than a couple people editing the file. My company had a group of ten modifying the same file in live time; it led to huge desync problems.
You’re making some good points here. But this doesn’t explain why naval combat in every Paradox game seems to be a counterintuitive mess.
They’re advertising it all over social media but what they won’t tell you is that this flavor sucks.

Never forget
I always viewed it as a give and take. You’re expected to do the reading and understand the basics. The professor is there to give context and help you work out the harder stuff that doesn’t leap off the page. If neither does their job, no learning gets done.
