what fictional characters give you transage vibes?

i’ll start:

Soos from Gravity Falls seems like he is a teen or adult chronologically but his personality is more of a child’s

Alphonse Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist - his body for almost the entire anime is a large suit of armor, so he is often mistaken as an adult even though he’s a young teen.

SpongeBob is kinda supposed to be agefluid or something nuanced like that.

Stella from Spiritfarer takes the body of a child in this afterlife world.

Misty from My Little Pony: Make Your Mark doesn’t get a cutie mark until she is older, and in one episode she is shown preparing for her cutie mark ceremony with some little foals, and they are all so nice to her. I kinda headcanon her is transage or something because that would be so cute and I trust the other foals would accept her.

Charlie from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is depicted as being weird in general and this lends him to some transID interpretations. Like for example he pretty explicitly talks about being transcat and wanting to transition in one episode (later an entirely different character has a similar thing). Anyway he could be interpreted as transage.

For example he writes a musical and a character that is supposed to be a stand-in for him is portrayed as a “little boy” and when questioned on this he doesn’t seem to care about the difference between man and boy in this context. Also in one episode he gets engaged to a 12yo. He doesn’t know this girl is 12 but they seem to get along really naturally. Also other characters will refer to him as a “kid” sometimes, even if they are about the same chronological age or younger. Plus I could go on about specific moments where he acts “childish” whatever that means.

Todd from BoJack Horseman is kinda similar to Soos in that he’s a goofy character than can be read as “childish”.

Ash Ketchum Pokémon. Some permaage magic going on there.

Bandit from Bluey. I just think it would be cute if he were transage younger and/or agefluid. Same goes for Bluey and Bingo but reverse.

Spike from Scootertrix the Abridged has the character model of a baby dragon but doesn’t act particular young and I don’t think he’s ever referred to as being particularly young by other characters.

Some characters from Sonic have canon ages that feel dissonant from how they are often depicted, especially with such a large franchise spanning multiple cultures and mediums, along with translation shenanigans. Anyway I think Tails’ canon age is 8yo but he often acts more like a tween or teen and can be depicted with a maturity that seems indistinguishable from, say Sonic’s. Amy is a similar case. In the IDW comics I think most of the MCs can be easily read as young adults. Age is so weird.

With divine shenanigans, transageity can be a consequence. For example The Lamb from Cult of the Lamb could be read is transgod, transimmortal, and by consequence, transage.
