    We have evidence that being forced into sexual situations is bad for people of any age (obviously, like duh).

    I wonder if there have ever been studies done on the anxiety and harm caused by being unwillingly excluded from sexuality. Like she says, from being told that something innocent and natural is shameful and wrong.

    I know that’s how it was for me; I wasn’t even allowed to acknowledge that I had a sexuality until college, and it’s part of the reason why I’m in therapy now.

      Good point. We have trauma from our sexuality being forcefully suppressed and denied as a child.

      I sexualized myself at 6 years ‘cause of exclusion :,) still do unintentionally

    People are starting to realise it really isn’t that bad, people used to do it with kids all the time but now it’s such a big whoop
