From a quick pluralpedia glance there is reincarnitive https://pluralpedia.org/w/Reincarnitive. Pluralpedia is one of the best places to look for plural terminolgy.
I think I’ve seen the term “factive” used for that kind of headmate. I could be horribly wrong though, I’m not very well versed in plural vocabulary.
