I consider myself generally uninterested in unconsensual kinks, but if I’m understanding biastophilia correctly (often tied to the more specific scenario of kidnapping and molestation, particularly strangers) then I’ve always had a latent draw for that kind of thing.

Reading about serial rapists who kidnap and violate strangers gets my heart racing. I guess the primary draw for me is the eroticism of the traumatic experience, hearing what the victim went through.

It’s never something that I would want to be involved in any capacity irl, but hearing about it never fails to get me at least a little aroused. I guess it’s not unlike some people’s fascination with serial killers, but with more of a direct sexual interest.

Still sort of figuring this out for myself but knowing that this is a thing helps crystalize things in my mind, for better or for worse. Would be curious to hear from others about their experiences and takes on biastophilia.

For me, my biastophilia is pretty directly related to my traumaphilia, which as I’m coming to understand is the only reason I have that attraction as an asexual. I’ve loved cases like BTK, but I am particularly fond of the Junko Furuta case due to how drawn out, intense, and interesting it is. I also find interest in kidnapping, which I think again all ties together. A complete stranger is mild to me, but someone who’s barely an acquaintance forcing onto someone? I like quite a lot… I’m not fond of cases that are one and done straight to jail or death, again all tied together because of the traumaphilia. I relate to you quite a bit.

Junko Furuta is a classic example. I agree with you on the drawn out nature of it. The amount of details we know about the timeline really sells it. The group nature enhances it for me, gang rape is hot hehe. Torture stuff can be really hit or miss for me but I usually find that stuff morbidly fascinating at least.

I love the more fascinating stuff. You know those “watch it for the plot” jokes? That’s always been me. There’s zero attraction to the plain, simple, and/or bland.
