Annoying part is it doesn’t even save a huge amount of energy. Negligible amounts either way.

Maybe if they didn’t try, we’d end up with fewer abominations like Star Wars Disney Canon. Lol.
I kid, kid… … …mostly.
I’m actually glad they don’t really adapt books as much anymore. Their track record on adaptation in recent years have been such that they’ll probably just ignore preestablished lore in favor of whatever bullshit they think will sell more a lá Halo.
Watch Alfabusa’s If the Emperor Had a TTS Device! That’s how I got introduced to it!
Not only is it funny as hell and entertaining to boot, it’s extremely informative as an introduction to the lore!
Edit: A great resource to dive deeper after getting introduced to lore points is the good ol’ wiki rabbit hole. :)
As someone who lives in the US, CHERISH THIS.
Huh… I did not know that.
Thanks for educating me.
Why eat spaghetti when you can eat the glorious pasta known as stroganoff?
This isn’t even that bad. It’s the small af text in the caption on the bottom panel that’s the problem.
What happened?
And it’s okay. You can cry on my shoulder. Come 'ere. It’s gonna be alright…
I’m not your dude, friend!
I’m not your pal, buddy!
I once read a really great comment about the difference in how Europeans and Americans view freedom as a concept and it’s always stuck with me:
Europeans are mainly concerned with “freedom from”. Americans are mainly concerned with “freedom to”.
In other words, Europeans focus more on freedom from tyranny, oppression, injustice, etc., while Americans focus more on freedom to do things without the government telling then they can’t, like own guns and so forth.
I’m not your friend, guy!

I…don’t need to fight you. It’s not about burden of proof; it’s about the definition of the word. Atheism is—as we agree—merely a yes/no classification of the belief in a deity; it is not a belief system in itself. As such, someone can be an atheist while still having a religion, which is a belief system, one that may or may not involve a deity.
Burden of proof only applies if one is making a claim in an objective context, not when one is making a claim in a subjective context.
Exactly. Atheism is simply the lack of belief in a deity; anything extra is just personalized spices.
They’re fucking heroes is what they are… o7
“No one knows.”
"What are you talking about? It’s right here on the car—”
“No one knows.”
Yeah, tell me about it…
Edit: Hey, I just looked it up and apparently at least some of them did try back in 2022. From Wikipedia:
