so in my personal canon i’d like to think actor ponies/ponies that cosplay will use these spandex-like-shorts to cover up their cutiemark and stuff; you can paint over it easily. (alternatively you can use magic, but that’s used for quick shots as magic cannot be used as long as spandex shorts). i give this information because i LOVE to think transblankflank ponies would use these shorts to cover their cm for whatever reason or other! when it comes to bug and her transition into a dog; she got two surgerys already. she removed her wings and got paw surgery, although by “technical” terms her wings were removed via a “curse” because twilight “cursed” her with the “curse of clipping” (it removes a pegasus’ wings) – another ponies trash curse is another ponies treasure blessing.
