I think so, but all the stuff posted prior to the ban is still available.
I’m surprised no one’s mentioned Baraag/Pawoo yet. They’re Mastodon instances that allow loli/shota, and Pawoo is managed by the same people who made Pixiv. I get most of my lolisho content from Baraag as you can see that in most of my posts I just link directly to their images.
I don’t really have a list of loli artists to check out, so I’d recommend just going through the loli hashtag or to have a look at the list of people I’m following to see if you find anything you like.
Be careful what you post to pawoo, it is very easy to get suspended/deleted

Have you checked out ATF? Chan.sankakucomplex is a pretty great place to find material as well.
Exhentai is pretty great as well, but you need an ehentai account to get in. Also lah.li
sankakucomplex got enshittified to uselessness.
Outside of atfbooru, sankakucomplex and gelbooru, the only other website I’m aware of is e621 but that site mostly contains furry hentai.
Also, if you use gelbooru, you have to manually enable loli/shota hentai in the settings.

Can always add toddler to your custom blacklist. It’s a great site for you if you just make that adjustment!
The problem is a lot of toddler is labeled loli instead.

This is probably an obvious one, but Gelbooru allows lolis if you search the right tags.
You can also just outright search “loli” if you go to settings and check the option in red and save. No need to log in either.
I recently found that 8chan has loli and shota sections so I’ve been digging into that lately.
