I do have the one, villain called “Enabler”, sorta a mix of Batman’s Hugo Strange and Johnathan “Scarecrow” Crane with Venture Bros.’ Henry Killinger.
Nigel Arthur Blair, basically evil therapist/psychologist/life coach/motivational speaker. Target Wordgirl and his fellow villains directly, not one to rob banks or steal museum art or to personally endanger the city at large
Legitimately thinks he’s helping his patients, typically at least, just has some Not Very Good ideas about what helping is. Came to Fair City to get a solid pych profile on the villains and heroes, curious as to how they tick.
Hope was that whoever’d be free to share!
